Permissions for Ivan's Mind Read requested here.

Ivan is, of course, most well known for being a telepath and has a bad habit of using this skill indiscriminately. At his canon point, he's gone all of his life picking up thoughts without any restraint. Please let me know if it's permissible for Ivan to Mind Read your character. Users of magic may occasionally be able to sense that someone is poking around inside their heads - the stronger your magic/abilities, the more likely you are to sense it. Normal people will have no way of knowing. I will ask permission beforehand, and this will almost always be used for trivial matters just for fun.
